Why You Shouldn’t Accept Pain Just Because Of Your Age }
Yes, you read that right, I’m going there today lol.
The point I wanted to get across is that as you age, you need to be INCREMENTALLY aware of WHAT you need to be doing to address your ongoing impairments ( i.e., weakness, tightness, etc).
Because of our physiology as we age, we need to be investing MORE into our health to combat NATURAL occurrences.
ALSO, Isn’t it true that most of us get naturally lazier and more sedentary as we age?
Could that also be a cause of your symptoms??
We don’t usually think of it as such, but maybe when you had no pain when you were 25 it was because you were more active??
