We slow down as we get older… THEREFORE
It may sneak up on us as to how DECONDITIONED we’ve gotten and it may SURPRISE us that we’re unable to run anymore…
The answer is quite simple however.. we need to CONDITION ourselves to run again, PAIN FREE.
Yes we need to patient at first if we haven’t done it in a long time, and truth is, it may take months to regain that level of function needed to run pain free
But it sure the heck beats the alternative of giving up on it and just saying “Well I’m Too Old To Run Anymore..”
